Being a bit of a geek I went along to the Kapow! Comic Convention to see what it’s all about. There were some awesome talks by some of my favourite writers / directors so it was great to learn some new things about film and television.
Highlights for me were the audience with Nick Frost, Peter Serafinowicz and Jock announcing their comic book ‘Nelson’, Paul Cornell chatting on the SFX stage and Jimmy Carr in discussion with Frankie Boyle. I also really enjoyed the Cosplay competition, some amazing outfits there! Well done to the organisers for a fantastic weekend, I can’t wait until next year.
Here’s some of my photos from the weekend.
