About this website
Channel Safety Systems needed their website re-designed and re-structured, so we put together the wireframes and sitemaps to show how the website could be. Included in this was a brand new product catalogue, which was built as a custom plugin using custom post types. Each product could then be entered in individually, and the content structured easily. The only thing that had to remain from the previous design was the colour scheme and the logo, which we incorporated into the design.
We also built a custom plugin for the Wholesaler login section, which allows wholesalers to sign up (with authorisation) and then they can add products to a quote sheet, which they can send off to Channel Safety to receive a personalised quote. These quotes can be downloaded as PDF’s for easy printing, and can be re-used so you don’t have to go through and add all the products again.
